I worked as the project manager on a project proposal for Meta to improve the state of scams on their platforms. Our proposal includes implementing more verification features, a facial recognition software to prevent bot accounts, and a bot detection algorithm to remove existing bot accounts. These features are designed to improve the experience for teens and adults on Meta platforms.
